Check in from 2-6pm on Tuesday September 14th and check out on Saturday September 18th by 4pm
Join us in Hamilton, Missouri, for five days and four nights of relaxed, completely non-structured OPEN SEW time as we celebrate Missouri Star's Birthday Bash. This year, registration includes one 2-3 hour *optional* class, taught right here in the Event Hall by Dee Bushrod or Rochelle Rice. The selection of classes will be sent to you after registration with a promo code to get it for free! If you would like to do more than one, each additional class is only $40!
Bring your sewing machine, your projects, and your love of creating—and get ready for a few days of sewing, crafting, friendship, delicious food, and plenty of laughter.
And yes… ALL CRAFTERS ARE WELCOME!
Dakota loves opening the doors of Hotel Hamilton to friends from near and far—and their friends, too. Come by yourself and make new friends, or gather your favorite sewing buddies and make it a getaway together.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Our boutique hotel suites are designed with quilters and friends in mind.
Most suites feature two bedrooms with five twin beds in each bedroom, along with 3–4 bathrooms and a comfortable gathering room where you can relax, visit and make memories after a long day of sewing.
All suites are located on the ground level.

COMING WITH FRIENDS?
Retreat tickets are sold individually, but accommodations are organized by room and suite. All rooms are shared except Room 12.
If you're coming with a group, be sure to coordinate your room selections with your friends when purchasing your tickets so you can stay together.

We know how hard it is to leave a good retreat!
Early check-in: Monday, September 13, from 4–6 p.m. Extended stay: Stay through Sunday morning.
Add an extra night for just $70 per night.
Meals are not included on additional nights, but you'll have even more time to sew, relax and enjoy Hamilton!
RETREAT REGISTRATION
Retreat ticket: $350 per person $378.96 including tax
Your retreat registration includes your retreat space, accommodations, meals included in the retreat, museum admission, beverages, treats and all the little comforts that make Hamilton Retreats feel like home.

Please bring a machine you are familiar with. There are no sewing-machine technicians on site for repairs. Machines are available to rent for $30 for the week if needed.
A NOTE ABOUT MEALS
We do our best to provide a variety of foods. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate every food allergy, dietary restriction or special diet. You may also wish to bring familiar foods with you to ensure you're comfortable throughout the retreat.
