FMQ on a Featherweight – 90 minutes – $20
That’s right! The vintage workhorse you’ve been using for piecing can also be used for a bit of Free Motion Quilting. Don’t let that 5” throat space deter you. Karen shares a few things she’s learned about FMQing on her Featherweight. She’ll chat about feed dogs, needles, spool positioning, tension, and setup for the Featherweight. Finally, she’ll introduce “He Who Has Yet to be Named” and give a quick free motion quilting demo.
Attendees receive a PDF file summarizing her Featherweight FMQ lessons learned.
