On-site lodging and commuter tickets available. Quilters staying on-site will be hosted in one of the Hamilton Retreat Suites. Each suite has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom houses 5 quilters in their own beds.
Meet your Instructor: Minki Kim is a fabric and pattern designer with her own whimsical style. As a formally trained sculptor and self-taught sewist, she found that designing fabrics and creating art with fabric and thread were natural steps in her evolution as an artist.Minki discovered sewing as a creative outlet when her children were small. She wantedto capture the beauty of ordinary moments, first with hand embroidery and laterrecreating them with her sewing machine and fabric—literally drawing with thread.Capturing ordinary moments in beautiful sewing illustrations to make keepsakesnapshots of daily life has become her signature style.The author of Sew Illustrated, Diary in Stitches, Zakka from the Heart and Zakka WoolApplique (all by C&T Publishing), Minki has also designed several fabric collections forRiley Blake Designs.

Are you coming with a group? CHOOSE YOUR ROOMS together at checkout by selecting the same ROOM #. If a room number doesn't appear- it is full.
Sewing stations will not be assigned but may be selected upon arrival.
Our sewing hall will knock your socks off! Each guest will have their own 6 foot table and a chair, and plenty of outlets. The lighting is wonderful. We provide ironing stations at each block of tables, but you are welcome to bring your own mini iron for your station. We will have cutting stations set up also! You may consider bringing an extra chair pad-especially if you have a favorite! We also have free WIFI and 2 massage chairs in the hall.
We work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our boutique-esque guests' suites include:
2 bedroom suites, with shared living room and 3-4 bathrooms. 5 twin beds in each bedroom.
Endless HOT water!!
Pillowtop mattresses and soft linens!
Complimentary ear plugs ( you are welcome)
Complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, shower cap. There is also a blow dryer in each suite.
Individual guest towels, hand towels and make up towels are also provided.

Our entire facility, including guest rooms and event hall, is on ground level. No stairs are required.
