Skill level: New to paper piecing? No problem. However, you should have an intermediate basic quilting knowledge before enrolling in this course.
3 nights - all meals, classes, kit, and lodging included.
On-site lodging and commuter tickets available. Quilters staying on-site will be hosted in one of the Hamilton Retreat Suites. Each suite has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom houses 5 quilters in their own beds.
 
Meet your Instructor: Lorelai Kuecker is the 16-year-old owner and artist behind Pigs in a Blanket Quilting. She started her quilting journey at the age of 11 when she found a box of fabric strips cut out by her great-great-grandmother. Too stubborn to watch any tutorials, Lorelai used her fifth-grade math skills to piece these strips into a quilt, and she was hooked! She fell in love with free-motion quilting after using a long-arm for the first time, then began to explore quilted fashion. Now, Lorelai makes one-of-a-kind quilted garments, and designs fabric with Northcott Fabrics! Coming this June, Lorelai will launch her first book, focusing on teaching young artists to quilt! Her journey is just beginning, and she can’t wait to see it unfold one stitch at a time!

Are you coming with a group? CHOOSE YOUR ROOMS together at checkout by selecting the same ROOM #. If a room number doesn't appear- it is full.
 
Sewing stations will not be assigned but may be selected upon arrival.
Our sewing hall will knock your socks off! Each guest will have their own 6 foot table and a chair, and plenty of outlets. The lighting is wonderful. We provide ironing stations at each block of tables, but you are welcome to bring your own mini iron for your station. We will have cutting stations set up also! You may consider bringing an extra chair pad-especially if you have a favorite! We also have free WIFI and 2 massage chairs in the hall.
 
We work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our boutique-esque guests' suites include:
2 bedroom suites, with shared living room and 3-4 bathrooms. 5 twin beds in each bedroom.
Endless HOT water!!
Pillowtop mattresses and soft linens!
Complimentary ear plugs ( you are welcome)
Complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, shower cap. There is also a blow dryer in each suite.

Our entire facility, including guest rooms and event hall, is on ground level. No stairs are required.
