You will be on your own for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. We recommend tickets to "Dinner with the Doan's" on Wednesday.
Guests may check-in a day early for an additional fee, by selecting the option in your cart.

MEET YOUR EDUCATORS:
Wendy Sheppard, originally from southeast Asia, came to the United States for her tertiary education. With degrees in Chemical Engineering and years later, she now lives with her family in northern Virginia.
An entirely happenstance quilter in she had never even touched a sewing machine until she was in her early 30’s. She enjoys all aspects of quilting, and enjoys even more when she shares the joy of needle and thread with others.
Her work has been published in major quilting publications in the US, Australia and the UK. To date, she has authored for Landauer-Fox Chapel Publishing three quilting books, with a fourth one forthcoming.
Wendy also teachers machine quilting classes for Annie’s.
She is also an Aurifil designer and educator.
When her schedule allows, she travels to connect with other quilters.

Karen Miller, of Redbird Quilt Co. After learning to quilt in her late 40’s, Karen discovered that creative design, applique, and free motion quilting (FMQ) on a home machine made her heart sing.Writing and publishing inspirational and comprehensive tutorials for her blog and Moda Bake Shop, Karen is well known for her Redbird & Berries Mini Quilt (Jan, 2014) which ranks high among online patterns.Karen founded Redbird Quilt Co. in 2014 and took to the road to share her passion with others.
